Tuesdays 8:15am Hot Vinyasa Basic/Intermediate at Kaia Yoga in Westport
Wednesdays 7:15pm Hot Vinyasa Level 2/3 at Venture Yoga in Darien
Thursdays 9:30am Hot Vinyasa Intermediate at Kaia Yoga in Westport

This is the last week before I’m taking time off to have a baby!! I should be back to teaching, although a smaller amount by back-to-school time! Here’s my schedule:
Tuesday: 8:15am at Kaia, 9:30am at Kaia and 6pm at Venture
Thursday: 9:30am at Kaia
Friday: 8:30am at Venture, 9:45am at Venture
In case baby decides to come early, the studio’s websites will reflect a sub!!!
